Behind the Scenes...The selection committee met in July at the office of George Moehrle Masonry to select the winners of the Plans Are Tools Awards. George, Jim Sheckles, Jim Rhoten, and Dick Kreh scored each set of drawings from a predetermined system.  The criteria will be re-vamped for 2007 including new guidelines for residential work and the addition of a new category—Design/Build.
